Terminal Four Solutions – a web services company has received €244,741.71 for “Professional services in relation to Presidency 2013 website”.
At first glance it includes a link to a non-existent Youtube channel and a clunky calendar of events.
If you’re going to spend a cool 1/4 of a mill on a website that will get fewer hits than an Enda Kenny pornsite why not get your legion of free JobBridgers to do it and then pocket the difference? Terminal 4 is a well known site management server software, so at the moment we are unclear as to whom and what this payment actually covers.

Shocking!
*Drags corner of browser window* And it’s not even responsive!
€1/4m ?
Just chatting to a web developer there, he was saying Terminal 4 get lots of jobs here. You are paying for their CMS Software, thats where the cost comes in. But the logical thing to do in a recession would be to use open source software, like WordPress, or the more powerful Drupal or any other number of options and pay for a developer to customise that then. Going with one companies product, locks you into them.
Em, the cost, if true, is astounding: http://t.co/YAIVwo1A Although remember Fine Gael, had a v different approach b4: http://t.co/xADGtwg1
You’d wonder who actually makes these decisions. I’m assuming Enda does not personally sign off on these things.
Who makes these decisions? These guys. http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-sQRlSDkXUGI/UKvQmp67guI/AAAAAAAAAEo/ec2gGXJYvTI/s1600/monkeys+BOD.jpg

Why people still make use of to read news papers when in this technological globe the whole thing is presented on web?
