Remember to Facebook us or Tweet sumfink like “I supported @wearerabble on fundit…” and we’ll take note.
The venue for the festival sounds mad interesting. Being an old converted court house. Could well imagine LTJ Bukem ripping that o shreds.
The Dock is housed in the beautiful 19th Century former Courthouse building, overlooking the majestic river Shannon, which has been wonderfully restored into Leitrim’s first integrated centre for the arts.
The Dock houses a performance space, three art galleries, artists studios, an arts education room and it is home to The Leitrim Design House. The Centre offers something for everyone, from performances and exhibitions, to classes and workshops. It is a place where art is made, where people can come to reflect or meet others, where bands might rehearse, a place for new and challenging projects to happen and a place of entertainment where people have fun!
I know many of our dear readers are concrete chewers and fear heading outside the m50, but buses are running from Bus Aras at 1100, 1400, 1730, 2000 and 2300 on Friday. Piece of piss really. It’s a two hour journey.
