Check out this neat ass fundraising appeal for a Pay As You Feel cafe and cookery school in Wales. The primary aim of the project is to raise awareness about food waste.

The movement calling itself the Real Junk Food project has a chain of, eh, franchises across the Uk including sites in Brighton and Southampton.

If you’ve some spare change and feel its worth supporting, lob it in a bucket here.

Kerry at some point at its own version. Could it work in Dublin? Food for thought.
