Here’s a documentary about a little known trombonist who created the foundations for ska.   His name was Rico Rodriquez and he died this time last year on September 4th.

He left behind a legacy of shared stages and albums with many legends in the game.  The two tone revival was good for him and he played with The Specials, including tooting on A Message To You Rudy.
