Urban Regeneration Cycle?

Urban Regeneration Music

What a perfect piece of comic commentary on our changing urban fabric.

This was sent into us by a reader who spotted it in The Guardian over the weekend. It’s Grayson Perry’s iconic Four Stages of Gentrification.

Kinda reminds us of a few parts of Dublin that could well fall victim to the plague of plywood fitted out cafes and over priced brunch menus. Don’t hate us for hipster bating, we like a good flat white ourselves when the price is right.

You might remember Perry the artist for some “bolshy comments about how rich people don’t create culture” a few years ago.

He’s a big deal it seems.

Back in #rabble10 we went to town on Dublin’s bougie neighbourhoods.
