Long time socialist and civil rights activist Eamonn McCann got elected in Derry against what were eleven to one outsider odds at the start of the election.

Here’s his election speech. He’s sure to bring some serious fire to Stormount alongside Gerry Carroll who was also elected in West Belfast.
