A former Panamanian diplomat has claimed Hugo Chávez is dead.
A bizarre story unfolding on CNN Chile, but not picked up by CNN elsewhere, comes from a news interview with Guillermo Conchez, the former panamanian ambassador and outspoken Chavez critic.
He claims Hugo Chávez had been brain dead since December 30th and was finally removed from a ventillator 4 days ago and died.
