Did someone say party? That’s right we did. Just as we finished a summer of high jinx slopping out scoops for the Workers Beer Company to the thirsty hordes , we stumbled straight into the production of #rabble9.
We weren’t sure if we’d even get the damn thing finished on time to say this: but like the bunch of heroes we are it winged its way off to print very late Monday night. That means it’ll be landing back in Dublin City some stage before the weekend. To say we need to blow off a bit of steam puts it mildly.
So, we’re bringing together everyone that worked with us over the summer, all the beer crews, the contributors and throwing the doors open for a little hooley in The Pint on Saturday October 11th from 10pm. On the night some of bleary eyed editors will be swapping their Indesign and Illustrator packages for Serato and bags of wax to drill out some party starters. Towards the end of the night we’ll be joined by our very special guest Toirse of D1 and Front End Synthetics fame to keep shit running late.
You can invite your friends and all that shizzle over on Facebook.
Oh and why not help us distribute #rabble9?
We’re looking for distributors all across the island. Are you capable of providing a space to act as a distribution hub? Can you think of somewhere public facing, like a cafe, bar, venue or record store – where people can easily drop by and pick up copies to pass on to others. If so, then head over to our distribution sign up page and if all goes well, we’ll drop you a line. We’re also anxious to hear from individuals who just want enough to stock the local town and college or pass to their mates.
So don’t be shy – sign up now.
