This was sent into us by a reader who spotted it in The Guardian over the weekend. It’s Grayson Perry’s iconic Four Stages of Gentrification.
Kinda reminds us of a few parts of Dublin that could well fall victim to the plague of plywood fitted out cafes and over priced brunch menus. Don’t hate us for hipster bating, we like a good flat white ourselves when the price is right.
You might remember Perry the artist for some “bolshy comments about how rich people don’t create culture” a few years ago.
He’s a big deal it seems.
